Suzie's was a new fine dining fusion restaurant in Goa (India) that was looking for ways to attract customers and contribute to a circular economy. Their ethos was to stay authentic to their no waste policy. Alvaro was brought onto the project to devise a strategy which would show prospective customers their measured dining experience.

We decided to proceed with three points, educate, inspire and entertain. And combined documentary style photography and videography with social media writes ups, as well as posters and leaflets.

A year into the project, Suzie's was featured by Vogue and GQ as one of the best pet-friendly places to dine at in the region. It was subsequently picked up the Times of India and is on NDTV Good Food's digital platform.
